The three areas of entertainment for weddings we provide for are:
* The Ceremony
* Cocktails
* The Reception

Planning for the Wedding
Anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months prior to the wedding, we like to meet with you to go over the fine details. This is usually arranged at your home or our studio, whichever suits you best. The meeting usually takes 1-2 hours and we try to cover all the details from start to finish.

The Ceremony
Whether it is a Jewish, Christian or non-denominational ceremony, the choice of music helps to set the right mood. During our initial meeting I always bring an instrument to audition the different possible pieces to be performed throughout the ceremony. Besides being a professional pianist/keyboardist, I have been playing flute professionally for over 25 years. Some of the possible instrument combinations we offer are:
* Solo Flute
* Solo Piano/Organ
* Acoustic Guitar & flute duet (our most popular!)
* Piano & flute duet

The Cocktail Hour
On many occasions we are asked to provide music in between the ceremony and the reception, especially if they take place within the same premises. Generally we provide piano music for this time. If no piano is available we can provide one at no extra charge.

The Reception
The reception is what generally requires the most planning. Here is a list of things you might consider depending on what you wish for your wedding:
* The music as people enter the hall
* Background music to introduce the Bridal Party and Head Table
* The Introduction of The Bride and Groom into the Hall
* If the wedding is Jewish, The Hora selected and approximate duration
* Musical requests during dinner
* Timing of speeches to keep a good flow to the event (and a chance for the band to take a break)
* Bride & Groom 1st dance
* Bride & Father dance
* Groom & Mother Dance
* Music for Tossing of the Bridal Bouquet & Garter
* For Jewish weddings, a second Hora or Mezinka
* Bride and Groom final dance of the evening

We are happy to learn up to three songs for your wedding, if we don't know them already. We ask that if any songs are required for us to learn that you let us know one to six months prior to the wedding. Learning the music and then rehearsing until the music is perfect is a time-consuming endeavour
